Break-up, Divorceand Legal Coach
Empowering you to get through your break-up with clarity and confidence
What is break-up divorce & legal coaching?
It is individual support helping you to cope better with the emotional, rollercoaster of a break-up and navigate your way through the legal process.
I work with people at all stages of their break-up, from those who are contemplating whether to leave their relationship to those who are struggling to move on. I am here for you to provide that much-needed support at any stage of your journey. I will help you to take back your control, dial down your emotions, rediscover what is important to you and help you create a fulfilling life.
I understand the complexities of the legal process and can assist you by giving you clarity and more control of what is happening. Whilst I am not there to give you legal advice, I can help you with a variety of issues, ranging from understanding the options available to you in relation to your separation or divorce, approaching financial issues, co-parenting, communicating with your ex-partner and many more.
I will support you every step of the way with a clear understanding of the emotional, practical and legal aspects of a break-up, which will help you retain a sense of calm and enable you to make informed decisions rather than those dictated by emotions and keep your legal fees under control.
“It’s never too late for a new beginning in your life”

How does coaching work?
Step 1: Discovery Call
Step 2: Session & Action Plan
We will then schedule your first session at your convenience. The first session is a 90-minute session. This is to allow time for you to tell me your story and so that I can provide you with some immediate help to move you forwards.
We will work on an Action Plan together during the session for you to focus on that will make a powerful difference to you and your journey.
Step 3: Sessions & Moving Forward
If you live in the Fleet or the surrounding areas of Hampshire, we can meet face-to-face at a convenient venue of your choosing including my Fleet clinic, your home or a mutual location.
Alternatively, we can talk via zoom which is often a good option to fit around work and family life or if you live outside of the UK.
Sometimes a phone call on the go is the preferred way of support and that’s fine too! Whichever works best for you.
Do I need a Coach?
Going through a break-up or divorce is much more than just a legal process to navigate.
This is the reason it is so important to prioritise your emotional well-being whilst going through this difficult time. Coaching will help you focus on you, equip you with tools and techniques to deal with your emotions and in turn, you will be able to make informed decisions and keep your legal costs under control.
There are so many reasons why you would use a Break-Up and Divorce Coach.

Lauren gave me coping strategies to understand his behaviour and not allow it to spiral me into panic and anxiety. With Lauren’s support I focused on building my future, counteracting his negative communication with my own glad list and planning activities and goals for me. I’m purchasing a house and feel stronger for my children, in fact I am starting to feel happier than ever. Lauren has been excellent and I plan to keep in touch to refocus if and when I feel I’m having a set-back or a wobble in life’s challenging moments. Thank you Lauren.
I have been working with Lauren for several weeks now following my attendance at the breakup recovery retreat. Lauren is helping me rebuild myself as well as designing a future I can look forward to. Our sessions are focused and productive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone Healing from separation or divorce.
