The 7 steps to a dignified break-up
There is no getting away from the fact that a break-up can be tough, stressful, and sometimes even life changing.
It is a roller coaster of change and uncertainty and the second most traumatic life experience we can go through, the first being the death of a spouse or child.
It is also a golden opportunity for transformation, growth, discovering new possibilities and most importantly to creating a life that you are excited to live.
There are seven stages that I will take you through and at each stage, I will share empowering strategies with you so you can confidently move on to the next stage.

I will take time to understand your personal circumstances and what support you require and need. You may be unsure whether to leave your partner, in the process of separating or already separated but feeling stuck and unable to move on. Every break-up is unique, and my support is tailored to suit you and your situation.

I will provide you with the tools and techniques that will immediately help you cope better and start to feel stronger. It will reduce the overwhelm you are understandably feeling and help you to dial down negative emotions.

I will guide you through every stage of your break-up and ensure that you have the right support team and expertise around you. This is essential to gain the clarity you need to make the best decisions for you and your family.

I will equip you with revolutionary tools, techniques and practical strategies that will help control your emotions and enable you to deal with each stage of your break-up with confidence.

Rediscovering the real you
Together we will rediscover the real you and what truly motivates you in life to help you move forward with a positive attitude.

Taking action
During each session we will work on an Action Plan together for you to focus on and to help inspire you to keep moving forward.

I offer on-going support, including out of hours, as and when you need it. It may be that you are thrown a curve ball or something urgent or unexpected happens that you want to talk through. I am always here to support you – you don’t have to do this alone.
