The 7 steps to a dignified break-up
There is no getting away from the fact that a break-up can be tough, stressful, and sometimes even life changing.
It is a roller coaster of change and uncertainty and the second most traumatic life experience we can go through, the first being the death of a spouse or child.
It is also a golden opportunity for transformation, growth, discovering new possibilities and most importantly to creating a life that you are excited to live.
There are seven stages that I will take you through and at each stage, I will share empowering strategies with you so you can confidently move on to the next stage.
